CONDITIONS AND TERMS

Terms of payment:

No surcharges when paying by credit cards
Promotion price does not include 10% VAT and 5% service charge.

Terms of check-in and check-out:
Check-in: From 14h
Check-out: Before 12 o'clock
Early check-in may be charged depending on room conditions and time.
Late check out: subject to room availability.
Check-out after 12pm and before 6pm: 50% extra room charge.
Check-out after 18:00: Charge 100% of the room rate.

Guarantee Terms:
Before booking, the hotel requires credit card information or a deposit to secure the booking. The credit card must match the name/organization using the service at Bao Son International Hotel.
Bao Son International Hotel reserves the right to cancel the entire service without prior notice if the credit card or guarantee account is faulty or invalid.

Force Majeure:
In the event of natural disasters, epidemics, political riots or other force majeure circumstances beyond the expectations of both parties, binding conditions are not applied and neither party must compensate the other.

Children Policy:
- Children under 6 years old sharing the same room and bed with parents are free of charge including breakfast.
- Children from 6 to 11 years old sharing a room with parents and without extra bed will be charged an additional charge of VND 235,000/night including breakfast.
- Children from 6 to 11 years old sharing a room with their parents and with an extra bed will be charged an additional VND 587,000/night including breakfast.
